This social networking website is provided to encourage Sufi and Dance related connection and communication among all who love to eat, dance, and pray together in the Sufi lineage of Hazrat Inayat Khan and Samuel Lewis' Dances of Universal Peace in Santa Cruz, California.

Community is built and thrives on connection. This site offers a new and different way to connect with others, gives a forum for your voice in the community to be heard, and provides information about activities happening within our community.

Signing Up
- Click Sign Up in the far upper right corner.
- Enter your full name, city & state, and upload a picture of your lovely face. (Note: Ning clips photos to squares, contact the Santa Cruz Sufi Admin for assistance with your profile photo.)

Soon after signing up, you will also receive an invite to join the Sufi MESSENGER email list. You can also click here to just join the email list without signing up to this website.

Connecting With Friends
You can most easily connect with other members by going to their member profile page. There you can:
- Type a comment for display on their public comment wall.
- Click "Send a Message" to send a private message.
- Click "Add as Friend" to send a request to include their picture on your page.

Adding Content
After signing up, click the My Page tab at the top. You can do many things, including:
- Click Edit near the top and create a profile description that tells us about yourself.
- Use the Quick Add... dropdown list on the right add your first pictures, videos, etc... Adding content in this way creates new sections on your page that you can drag to reposition as you like.
- Click the Forum tab at the top to start and participate in discussions.
- Click My Blog near the top of your page and create your own blog.

Contributing To The Main Page
To suggest a photo for inclusion in the main page slideshow, or to add your Sufi- or Dance-related event details to this site, please contact the Santa Cruz Sufi Admin.
